"We have about 12 locations.  The size of our properties are from 6 unit buildings to 93 unit buildings and basically everything in between.  Bob agreed to take on the entire project although I don’t think that the small buildings were of great interest to him. He has done an outstanding job.  We have now completed about two years worth of experience, that is just a little over two years, and I can say that the billing has dropped between 40 and 60 percent, which is an enormous drop. We are seeing usage numbers that we have never been able to obtain on our own, no matter how often or how hard we’ve tried."
