The size of our properties are from 6 unit buildings to 93 unit buildings and basically everything in between."..."The dollar savings to us in a business that manages about 415 to 420 apartment units is approximately $25,000 a year, which is a big inroad and after a five year period the way Bob has set up our contract, our savings should probably be in the $40,000 to $50,000 range and that is an enormous advantage for a small company like ours.  I would highly recommend WSI and particularly Bob Williams to anyone in the industry that is dealing with a water problem and would like to address it and make progress on it.
